FIX: Could not load MODX config file

If you cannot run your MODX CMS installation using XAMPP in your pc because of the error "Could not load MODX config file" then, you just need a very quick and simple fix to solve this minor error.

Here are the steps on how to solve the could not load MODX config file during initial installation of the CMS

1. Do not run 127.0.0.1/your-modx-folder-file-name (you can also use localhost instead of 127.0.01).

2. You need to run 127.0.0.1/your-modx-folder-file-name/setup in the address bar and press the ENTER key.
