How to Reset GOMO account PIN

For this post, I will show you how to easily reset your Gomo account PIN using Gomo app on your mobile phone or pc.

If you are going to use the Gomo app, then, open your Play Store first, download and install the app if you do not have it yet. And if you are going to use pc or laptop, then, all you need is a web browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. So, without further ado, let's start this tutorial.

Here are the steps on how to easily reset your GOMO account PIN using phone or pc

How to Reset GOMO PIN using app

1. Open your GOMO app. Enter your GOMO account number and press Let's Go! to proceed.

2. In the next page, press on Forgot PIN.

3. Then press on "Send Recovery Email" button to proceed. Make sure your GOMO-registered email is still working because you won't be able to open the link if it is not active.

4. A "Recovery Email Sent" message will be seen after tapping on "Send Recovery Email" button. Continue to the next step.

5. Press on "Reset My PIN" button.

6. Open the link using GOMO app.

7. Inside "Enter your new 6-digit PIN" type your new PIN and confirm it. Note: Do not forget your PIN this time. You can write it on a piece of paper just to be sure.

8. And you just successfully changed and reset your PIN. Press "Go to Login" to proceed.

9. Enter your PIN in the space provided.

10. And you just login your GOMO account using your new PIN.

Done! You just reset your 6-digit PIN using your GOMO-registered email address and was able to open your account again using GOMO app.

How to Reset GOMO PIN using pc

1. Open your browser. For this post I am using Google Chrome. Go to this link: https://www.gomo.ph/sign-in.html.

2. Enter your GOMO account number and press Let's Go!

3. Now, press Forgot PIN.

4. Then press "Send Recovery Email".

5. You will see "Recovery Email Sent!" after clicking the button on STEP 4.

6. Open your email and see the GOMO Recovery PIN email. If it is not inside your Inbox, try searching for it inside your Junk or Spam folder.

7. Inside the email, click "Reset my PIN".

8. Now, enter your newly desired 6-digit PIN and confirm it. As I stated above, do not forget your new PIN this time.

9. PIN set successfully! Click on Log in button to proceed.

10. Enter your newly created 6-digit PIN.

11. And you just opened your GOMO account in pc.
