Any of the two will work for the password reset process.

4. A text message from Coins.ph will be received by your number. Copy or remember the 6-digit code.

5. Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification Code field. Also enter your new password, confirm the password. When done, press the Reset Password button.

6. Your password reset is done.

7. Now enter your registered-mobile number as well as your new password. Press the Sign In button to proceed.

8. Another 6-digit code will be received by your number.

9. Enter the 6-digit code in the space provided and press the Verify button to confirm.

10. And you just login your Coins.ph account after a successful password reset.

How to reset password in Coins.ph using Registered-email address
1. The steps are applied on resetting Coins.ph account via email. Open your Coins.ph app. Inside press Log In.

2. Then, tap on the Forgot password? link.

3. Now, press the "I don't have a phone number linked to my account".

4. You just switched from mobile to email address password reset option. Now, enter your registered-email address on Coins.ph and press the Send Code button to proceed.

5. Enter the verification code sent to your email. Also enter your new password and confirm it. When done, press the Reset Password button to confirm.

6. Your password is now reset.

7. Enter your email address and new password. Press Sign In button to continue.

8. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code in the space provided and press the Verify button.

9. And you just opened your Coins.ph account using your registered-email address.

And you just reset your passowrd in Coins.ph and was able to access your account again.
