How to Turn OFF Ad Personalization on Google Android
Did you ever noticed when you are searching a keyword or term using your Google Chrome on your android phone some of the ads appearing are hundred percent related to the term that you are searching for? These ads are called personalized ads. And you can turn off these annoying results using your android phone. And for this tutorial we are going to do that.
Please be noted that even though you can turn off ad personalization, Google said that you will still ads but they are not related anymore to the term you are searching for because the personalization is already off. And without further ado, let's start.
Here are the steps on how to turn off ad personalization on Google search results using your android phone
1. Open your Google Chrome app. And search for a term. For this tutorial, I will be searching for "computer." As you can see on the results, the computer ads. Tap on the 3 dots near these ads (see image below).

2. In the Why this ad? Tap on Ads settings.

3. Inside Ad personalization, you will the that the toggle switch is ON. Tap to turn it OFF.

4. Inside Turn off personalization. Google stated that when you turn off ad personalization, you will still see ads but they may be less useful to you since you turn off the personalization. And there are more notes. Now, tap on the Turn off to confirm.

5. And you just turn off your ad personalization. Press Got it to exit.

6. You will now see that the ads for your terms searched on Google is now gone.

Done! You have successfully turn off the ad personalization on your Google search results using your android phone. Please be noted that you can only do this if your Gmail account is currently log in on your Google Chrome. And if you login your Gmail account on Google Chrome using your pc or laptop, I think the ad personalization is also turned off.
