How to install impressCMS in web hosting
This tutorial will guide you to install ImpressCMS in your web hosting. It doesn't matter whether you have a paid or free web hosting, the steps are just the same though. If you want to install ImpressCMS using XAMPP, then, you can visit my other tutorial here on how to install ImpressCMS using Localhost. Now, to be able to install ImpressCMS manually in a web host, you need first to download the files below. These are the ImpressCMS and Unzipper files.
Requirements:
- impresscms_1.4.4, [download here]
- unzipper.php [download here]

Here are the steps on how to install ImpressCMS manually in a web hosting account free
Registering for a Free Web Hosting Account with Cpanel
1. Go to https://www.000webhost.com.

2. Click the Free Signup for Free Web Hosting.

3. Enter a valid email and your desired password for your account. Press Signup when done.

4. A confirmation email will then be sent to your email address.

5. Open your email account, find the email from 000webhost and verify your registration.

6. After verification, click the Get Started button.

7. Select Others in "What would you like to do".

8. Skip Chrome installation.

9. Under Name your project, enter your desired name as well as your password (do not forget it). Click Submit when done.

10. Select "Upload your site" under "Choose your weapon of mass creation".

11. You will be redirected inside your account File Manager. You have there your public_html folder (also called htdocs, www, root directory).

12. Now, go to this link, https://000webhost.com/members/website/list (also My Sites).

13. Under My Websites, you will see there your current list of websites.

14. Hover your mouse pointer on your website and the "Manage Website" link will appear. Click that link.

15. Click Tools.

16. And under Tools, you will see there the File Manager (you already accessed it) and the Database Manager (we will be using this later to create a database for our ImpressCMS installation).

Uploading ImpressCMS and unzipper.php files using Web Host File Manager
1. Now, go to File Manager.

2. Click Upload Files.

3. Inside, open public_html folder.

4. If there is a .htaccess file, delete it.

5. Now, click the Upload icon.

6. Then, click Select Files.

7. Upload the files that you downloaded earlier. These are the impressCMS zip file and the unzipper.php.

8. Wait for the uploading to finish.

9. When done, you should see both files inside your public_html directory.

10. Now, click My Sites.

11. Then click your website link.

12. In the address bar, edit your website link and add /unzipper.php on it. (see image below) and press ENTER.

13. Inside Archive Unzipper, make sure impresscms_1.4.4.zip is selected and for the path, name it as impresscms. Press Unzip Archive button to proceed.

14. Wait for the unzipping to finish.

15. When done, go back to your public_html directory and click the Refresh button.

16. You will see there the new impresscms folder that contains the installation files.

Creating needed database needed for ImpressCMS installation
1. We are now creating the database needed for ImpressCMS installation. Go to Tools and click Database Manager.

2. Click +New Database.

3. In the Create new database do the following: Database name - impresscms. Database username - impresscms_user. Password - your desired password (do not forget it). Press Create to proceed.

4. Wait for the creating of database to finish.

5. Under My Databases, you will now have your newly created database. Remember these details because you will be needing all of them later. For now, click Manage and then phpMyAdmin.

6. Inside phpMyAdmin, click your database.

7. Under Create table, name your database table as "impresscms_table" set 4 for columns and press Go to proceed.

8. For structure or field, name it as impresscms and set Type to INT.

9. For Collation, select utf8_unicode_ci and leave all the other fields untouched.

10. Save your work.

Installation of ImpressCMS manually
1. We are now ready to install ImpressCMS. Go to your website list and click your website link.

2. Edit your website URL. Just add /impresscms/htdocs and press ENTER to start the installation.

3. In the Choose your language, select English and press NEXT button to proceed.

4. In the Welcome to ImpressCMS installation and Requirements page, just press NEXT again.

5. Under Configuration Check, just press NEXT again.

6. For Paths settings, click "Create Trust Path" button.

7. When Trust path is now found, click NEXT to proceed.

8. Under Database Connection, do the following: Server hostname - localhost. User name - idxxxxxxxx_impresscms_user. Password - your database password. (You can find these details inside your Database Manager). Click NEXT to proceed.

9. Under Database Configuration, do the following: Database name - idxxxxxxxx_impresscms (your database name is also found inside your Database Manager). Database charset - utf8 - UTF-8 Unicode. Database collation - utf8_unicode_ci (default). Click NEXT to proceed.

10. In the Saving your system configuration, just press NEXT.

11. Under Database tables creation, press NEXT again.

12. When database tables are created, just press NEXT to proceed.

13. In the Initial settings for your Administrator account, do the following: Admin Display Name - Administrator. Admin login - admin. Admin email - enter a valid email address. Admin Password - your desired admin password (do not forget it). When done, press NEXT to proceed.

14. In the saving your settings to the database, just press NEXT again.

15. When done saving, click NEXT to continue.

16. For Install Modules, just uncheck "Content". Press NEXT to proceed.

17. After modules are successfully installed press NEXT again.

18. Done! You have successfully installed ImpressCMS website.

Accessing ImpressCMS website homepage
1. To access your ImpressCMS website homepage, just go to your-website-link/impresscms/htdocs.

Accessing ImpressCMS website administrator account and page
1. To access your admin account, just login your username and password using the Login Form located in your homepage also and press User Login to proceed.

2. Below is an example of ImpressCMS administration account and page.
